As you can read in the chronicles of the Zittau civil engineer training programme, civil engineer training has had a long tradition in Zittau. The faculty of civil engineering, newly founded in 1992, today presents a novelty in its nationwide unique combination of the study courses around the draft and construction of buildings, technical equipment and the operation and marketing of buildings.
